Permit charges include the application, opening and closing notices, registration and up to two variations for a single site or registration. Major works are quoted against the agreed scope.
All Bauer charges exclude VAT. Statutory and Local Authority fees are additional and paid by the client directly to the relevant authority. Third-party data costs and agreed additional services are separate.
